Turn Around Time (TAT)

With the holiday season around the corner, starting October 31st TAT is 10-15 business days. Please note this does not include holidays and is the time it takes to create and process your order prior to shipping. Your TAT does not include the time it takes your order to ship to you.

Returns

• Custom/Personalized Items: We do not offer returns for customized products, however, I’m happy to fix or assist any issues with an order if a crayon arrives broken, etc. 
• Non-Personalized Items: These items may be returned within 7 calender days and must not be used. 

Disclaimers

• Children under 2 should be supervised while using smaller crayons
• Product is not to be consumed.
• Mama Bear is not responsible for orders once they have been dropped off at USPS.
